Subcontracts Manager Operations+
Owns subcontractor recruiting, vetting, task orders, and compliance across active jobs — the role that lets Chokmah scale field capacity without carrying every trade in-house.
- Experience managing subcontractor agreements, COIs, and scope-of-work documentation
- Familiarity with NEC-adjacent trades (electrical, solar, construction) preferred
- Organized, comfortable owning vendor relationships and performance scoring
Master Electrician Field — Lead+
Lead design authority and Responsible Managing Supervisor for all electrical and solar installations.
- State-licensed Master Electrician (TX, VA, or applicable jurisdiction)
- NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer or equivalent advanced certification
- Signs off on code compliance, inspections, and final system turnover
Journeyman Electrician Field Supervisor+
Installation lead on-site — runs the crew, manages the day-to-day build, and reports to the Master Electrician.
- Current Journeyman Electrician license
- Solar, battery, or generator installation experience preferred
- Comfortable leading apprentices and technicians on active job sites
Apprentice Electrician Field — Trainee+
Skilled technical trainee working under licensed electricians to learn solar, battery, and standby-power installation.
- Registered apprentice or willing to enroll in a state apprenticeship program
- Basic hand-tool and electrical safety familiarity
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Cleveland/Houston area
Electrical Technician / Helper Field Support+
Deployment support specialist — material staging, site prep, and hands-on assistance across install crews.
- No license required; on-the-job training provided
- Physically able to work outdoor field conditions in Texas climate
- Dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn the trade
Metal Building Designer / Builder Design & Build+
Designs and builds out turnkey off-grid buildings and barndominium shells — from CS Home Designer floor plans through structural build-out.
- Experience with pre-engineered steel building construction or residential design/build
- Comfortable working from engineered plans and coordinating trades on-site
- Client-facing — able to walk homeowners through design options
Supply Support Buyer / Logistics Manager Procurement+
Owns product sourcing, vendor pricing, and inventory/freight logistics across solar, battery, generator, and building-kit product lines.
- Procurement or supply chain experience; construction or electrical distribution a plus
- Comfortable comparing vendor pricing and managing freight/delivery logistics
- Detail-oriented — keeps the product catalog and stock status current
